I’m Jenny Truax. I create spaces where people learn, grow, and connect—whether that’s a 10-day equity training intensive, a virtual staff retreat, or a backyard nature scavenger hunt.

I design equity programs, facilitate transformative learning experiences, and build the systems that help teams navigate conflict and work across difference. I approach every project with rigor, warmth, and humor.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me tending chickens and native plants on 4 acres outside of St. Louis, geeking out over science fiction, or designing collaborative games that bring people together.
